o If you have any mobility devices to donate to CRUTCHES 4 AFRICA, please bring them on May 14th and we'll get them to the District Conference where they are collecting them.
o We will have a booth in the "World Cafe" that will feature our International Clean Water project in Ecuador.
o Our Silent Auction entry will be "a $700Estes Park Getaway” package. Our basket is FULL!! Thanks to everyone who donated something. Proceeds from the Silent Auction will also go to CRUTCHES 4 AFRICA.
Joint social with Noon Rotary on Thursday, 5:00pm May 30th at High Peak Camp. The Salvation Army has this camp for a retreat of inner city kids to have an experience at a camp.

Sunrise Rotary BOARD meeting Wednesday, May 8th, 5:30pm at the Library
Duck Race- Eric Blackhurst gave big THANK YOU for everyone's contribution to the Duck Race. The Noon Rotary Club helped raise $182,666 for 62 local organizations. There were 34 contributions to Sunrise Rotary for a total of $2,530 that will be used by the Club for various service projects and scholarships. He knows there were members of Sunrise who also contributed to other organizations on the menu. So, Thanks again and you can check out your potential prize winnings at https://www.epduckrace.org/
Sunrise Rotary (Jean and Bill) gave out 6 Scholarship Awards at $2,000 each during the awards banquet at the High School May 6th.
We reviewed the changes to the Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary Bylaws on page 4 Article VI. Fees and Dues under Section 2 and on page 7 Article XI. Membership, Section 2 g. Bill Howell made a motion to accept the changes and Teresa Mueller seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
Operation Gratitude is collecting items in support of Military Appreciation Month. The organization's mission is to express gratitude and thank our Military and First Responder communities for their service by creating opportunities for all Americans to show appreciation. The care packages that are prepared and sent out contain items meant to boost the morale and resilience of our service members and give them warm reminders of home.
