Need help Friday, Sep 20 with Festival Set-up between 12:00pm and 5:00pm to Set up Tables and Chairs, hang a few banners and various other jobs. Shouldn't take more than an hour or two of your time.
Need help Sunday, Sep 22 with Festival breakdown 5:30pm-7:00pm (stack tables, chairs, load equipment in trailers to haul back to Sunrise Storage building, etc)
Need help grilling their onions at the Steamy Wieners food area
Need people to sell water in the Water Sales Tent
Need Greeters on Saturday and Sunday at the 2 entrances.
Need ID checks on Saturday and Sunday at the 2 entrances.
Pedersen Toyota is our $2000 Stage Sponsor at this year's 30th Annual Autumn Gold Festival. They will also have a new 2025 vehicle in the Autumn Gold Car Show.

Thanks again for those of you who worked tirelessly one or more days to make this our best Labor Day Arts & Crafts Show in 4 years!
We received RAVE reviews from many of this years' vendors as being their long awaited Show! Best Show of the Year, etc., etc.!
Total sales from the 2024 Labor Day weekend are approximately $390,000.00 – the highest amount in the last 4 years!
Our Rotary donation boxes collected $341.51.
Also, thanks to our generous vendor donations, we raised $2,858 in Silent Auction sales.
We did sell some Autumn Gold merchandise amounting to $531.
