Gordon gave a recap of the 2026 Autumn Gold changes, specifically the $10 entrance fee (kids 12 and under are free). Jean gave a demo of 1 of the ways people can purchase their entrance ticket before or at the event (on website). Several good suggestions came from the demo. Of course, people can pay cash at the gate and it was suggested to also use Square to swipe a credit card for those who can't manuever a QR code. We want to make the $10 entrance fee as easy and painless, especially this first year of charging.
Jean also asked for input on Sausages/Brats for this year. It was agreed to keep the Jalapeno Elk brat and not repeat the "Classic" pork/veal brat as it was too bland. Instead of the "Classic" brat, we agreed to taste test the "German" Brat at "Pass the Gavel" on June 30.
It was agreed unanimously that we should sell a hot dog as well. Jean will let Josh Collins/BBC Consessions know that we will do hot dogs. He can still offer his awesome corn dogs and veggie corn dogs.

Merchandise - we agreed to sell Koosies again this year in the beer tent. The 30th anniversary merchandise that we still have can be given to Sunrise members to wear at the event and also given to people who purchase a raffle ticket at the event (Claire Molle can announce this).
