CLUB EXCELLENCE AWARD
Congratulations to the following clubs who earned the Club Excellence Award from Rotary International in 2025-2026:
Casper, Casper-Five Trails, Estes Valley Sunrise, Fort Collins-Breakfast, Gillette, Greeley Centennial, Laramie County Community College Rotaract, Star Valley, Steamboat Springs & Windsor.
The criteria is set each year with benchmarks that will help your club be more successful. This year the criteria are quite simple and crucially important:
Have your President Elect attend PETS (President Elect Training)
Have your Area Governor attend PETS
Have one or more members attend The District Summit in Casper, WY June 5th.
That’s it! And, as an added bonus, for each club that achieves The Club Excellence Award, I’ve committed to donating $50 to The Rotary Foundation that ultimately brings back funds to our clubs as District Grants!
P.S. Let's get a group from Sunrise Rotary to attend the District Conference in Casper, WY on June 5! We can win this award again!
We need sponsors for our Festivals. Please reach out to other businesses and help us get more sponsors! Click here to see levels and benefits.
The Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary Club establishes the Sunrise Rotary Member Assistance Fund to provide temporary, confidential financial support to members in good standing who are experiencing financial hardship that jeopardizes paying dues for their continued membership.
This Fund serves two related goals: • Membership retention — ensuring that a member’s temporary financial difficulty does not become the reason they leave the Club. • Fellowship and mutual support —reflecting Rotary’s core value of “Service Above Self” by allowing members to support one another indirectly.
