Recycle your Reader Eyeglasses!
(and water bottles, too)
Please bring any reader eyeglasses and water bottles you no longer need to Jean or Teresa by Sep 20th.  They are running an eye clinic and distributing water bottles in the Rainforest in Ecuador the last week of September.

Volunteers Still needed for our Labor Day Arts & Crafts SHow - Aug 29-Sep 1
There are only  9 days left until the Labor Day Arts & Crafts Show.  We still need volunteers for these areas: 
 
  • Aug 29 - Load In - help vendors quickly unload their vehicles so they can move their vehicles.
  • Aug 30-Sep 1 - Kids Craft Area- help kids with crafts.
  • Aug 30-Sep 1 - Merchandise - sell Autumn Gold t-shirts, hoodies, hats and koosies using a Square credit card machine (or take cash).
  • Sept 1 - Load Out - help vendors quickly load up their vehicles so they can leave the area.
  • Sep 1 - Tear Down - Take down tables, chairs, gather trash cans, load items that need to go to storage, etc.

 Autumn Gold Festival Volunteers Needed - Sep 19-21

  • Help distribute our Autumn Gold posters to local businesses. 
 
  • Help promote Raffle Sales by directing your friends and neighbors to our website. 
 
  • Volunteer!  We still need lots of volunteers at the Autumn Gold Festival, especially in the areas of cooking brats, cashiers and tear down/clean up.  Here is the link to check out all the Volunteers opportunities.  Look at each of the "tabs" at the bottom of the spreadsheet for all the areas where we need volunteers.
